OFFICIAL OPENING OF "THE BOND"

Very exciting day for Norwest Commercial and Beaumont Strata. Was great to hear the MC and developer, Tim Spencer declare Brett Beazley the leading agent in Norwest for the outstanding job he, Erin McNamara and the team did with selling and leasing the vast majority of the building. We are of course super excited to continue our association with Norwest's latest and very exciting building, the Bond, as strata managers. Ashley Bassa and the team have been working diligently for months (or more, even) with the Mulpha International team to ensure a seamless transition for new owners and tenants. The buzz was palpable.

The Bond is an essential part of Norwest's medical-focussed Circa precinct and its position opposite the Norwest Private Hospital makes it a vital piece of health infrastructure for The Hills community. It will soon become a one-stop-shop for patients requiring specialist treatment with tenants including The Bond Day Hospital and Minerva Fertility by Dr Antony Lighten, GenesisCare Oncology, Talbot Psychology and Douglas Hanley Moir opening in the coming months as well as Kinda Mindi's 110-place child care centre.
